Our Return Commitment

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached – just as carefully packaged as when they left our warehouse.

Please Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bed Pillows, Mattress & Pillow Protectors, and Bed Blankets unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Simple Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return (see template below).
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our San Francisco warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund Method: Your original payment method will be credited
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges of bathroom accessories or duvet covers:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying the replacement item and color preference
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
